According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, James has agreed to a two-year, $8 million contract with the Philadelphia 76ers, including a player option. The deal was confirmed by his longtime agent and Klutch Sports CEO, Rich Paul.
The move officially ends LeBron’s eight-year run with the Los Angeles Lakers and sends the NBA’s all-time leading scorer back to the Eastern Conference, where he dominated for the first 15 years of his career.
